“Khushal was amazing to work with he helped turn my kitchen into my dream kitchen!!”

New York City & Long Island
The bones of the job. Square, plumb, and code-compliant framing for additions, gut renos, and new partitions — done right so nothing shifts later.
The work
Framing is the part of the job nobody sees once it's done, and the part that determines whether everything built on top of it holds up. Out-of-square walls telegraph through tile lines and cabinet reveals for as long as the building stands. We frame it right the first time so nothing shifts, cracks, or binds a door two winters from now.
In prewar Manhattan and Brooklyn buildings especially, existing framing is rarely square or plumb. We check, shim, and correct as we go instead of building new work off a bad reference line — which is exactly how a beautifully tiled bathroom ends up with a visibly crooked wall six months later.

How we work
We visit the site, talk through what you want, and send a written, itemized quote — no obligation.
We lock the scope and schedule, and file any DOB permits the job needs, so you never chase paperwork.
Our own tradesmen do the work — no subcontracted excuses — and clean the site down at the end of every day.
We walk the finished job with you and fix any punch-list item on the spot. You only sign off when it's right.
