How we run a job

We start with a walkthrough and a written scope — what's being done, in what order, and what it costs, before a single wall comes down. Once we start, you get a real schedule with real dates, and we stick to it. If something changes mid-job — and sometimes it does, especially in older NYC buildings — you hear about it from us directly, with the cost and the time impact laid out before we move forward, not after.

Every trade on the job — framing, electric, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, paint — is either our own crew or a sub we've used for years and stand behind. You're not gambling on six different companies coordinating themselves.
