The work

Insulation, done right the first time

Insulation is invisible once it's in the wall, which is exactly why it's the step most likely to get shortcut. Gaps, compressed batts, and missing air sealing don't show up on a punch list — they show up on your heating bill every January after.

What's included

  • Batt, blown-in, and rigid foam insulation sized to the assembly and code-required R-value
  • Attic, wall cavity, and basement/crawlspace insulation
  • Air sealing at rim joists, penetrations, and top plates — where most heat actually escapes
  • Vapor barrier installation appropriate to the wall assembly

Why it matters

A wall that looks finished from the drywall side can still be full of gaps, compression points, and thermal bridges that cost you real money for the life of the building. We insulate to the R-value the assembly calls for, seal the air gaps that batts alone don't stop, and inspect it before a sheet of drywall ever covers it up.
